Belt helps to keep the posture straight. I have started using the same from quite sometime. Only different adjustments in velcro should be available based on body size I believe. Overall good belt, value for money
Product is good and worth for money. But the product size is not suitable for my body. It should be little more extra in size. Now I am using with so tight. In Ads it was mentioned as "Free size" but in actual it is not.
Helps with posture. Don't wear more than the 3-4 hrs recommended.
Quality is good. Size could have been bigger, the straps are not covering the waist fully after wrapping, even for a medium sized person.
